Courts are unlikely to say "you know, let's invalidate the last four years." Because that would cause chaos, and courts don't like to cause chaos. But Joe Biden signed just one thing in office, without using the autopen. That was his tweet saying "I'm no longer running for president." -- which he "signed" while "very sick" (nearly 100% chance it was a forgery).

Anyone in Joe's 2020 campaign knew he was senile -- I knew people on his campaign. In the end, it doesn't matter how often Joe was too senile to remember not to attend Senate sessions (or go to his Senate office, as he'd done for 30 years) -- just that he had "bad days" that included such "public relations disasters" -- and they were frequent enough that he was not allowed to use the restroom by himself, at any time.

Consider the element of treason in not using the 25th, in not having a commander in chief capable of approving or denying Operation Northwoods (go ahead and look it up) -- we've delegated far too many war powers to the President/Executive to allow an "oatmeal smearer" in the Oval Office. Operation Northwoods is just one example (the neocons in Biden's administration had other ideas, but consider how Europe ought to react to a radioactive "dirty" cloud caused by the United States' direct actions in Ukraine. Do you really want to trust the "that sounds good" to a lunatic?).
